Complex will be located in New Belgrade, in Tošin bunar street, and according to the urban planning project it will cover an area of about 21,000 m².
According to the conceptual solution, a volleyball training center has been designed which, in addition to the training ground, will also have accommodation facilities for athletes. Also, the issue of administrative space for all organizations and clubs will be resolved within the complex. The center will also have all the equipment needed for the development of beach volleyball, which currently has around 250 registered players in Serbia.
Users will have two training halls at their disposal, one of which has three courts, and the other is adapted for beach volleyball with two courts. The halls will be able to accommodate a certain number of spectators in the stands and in the boxes on the second floor, and will be connected to the medical block and gyms. The five-story building will also have two above-ground garages with 53 parking spaces, which will not be buried due to groundwater. The gently sloping land on which the complex will be located enables the formation of an access step and a plateau towards Tošin bunar, which enables an attractive ground floor and gives the overall concept representativeness.
